Welcome to the Park Station web site!
Park Station at the Crossroads of La Mesa is a new smart growth community
planned for downtown La Mesa. The project, less than a five minute walk to
the La Mesa Boulevard Trolley Station, would be located between Baltimore
Drive and Spring Street, offering local residents and business owners a variety
of amenities and services.
The project would be the
latest venture of longtime
La Mesa community
members, the Kitzman
family. The community
would complement the
city’s ongoing efforts to
revitalize the downtown
area, by including a wide
variety of uses, such as
residential, office and
commercial and
improvements.
